Compensation: $10.00-$12.00 per hour

Tax Care is an army of tax accountants, tax specialist and business consultants with locations spreading throughout Florida experiencing immense growth; Due to our rapid expansions and high demand we are looking for team members who are energetic, upbeat and solution orientated for our newest location in Tampa.
Purpose:
Supports Marketing Operations by compiling, formatting, entering data into the databases, serves potential clients by determining requirements, and cold calling local business owners to set up appointments for branch managers.
86% of the message of our prospects will come from you though the telephone so we are looking for individuals with sales experience. Someone who can always speak with a smile, always courteous & polite and someone who can act quickly to customers’ needs and questions.
Incoming calls:
Taking incoming calls from prospective clients and setting appointments.
Supports sales presentations, assembling quotations, proposals, folders, and booklets.
Always having an eagerness to prospect all given leads.
Multitasking:
Being able to prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Demonstrates leadership and motivational skills by motivating others in a team environment.
Establishes and maintains record keeping and filing systems; classifies, sorts and file correspondence records by inputting the data into our database’s.
Making outbound calls to potential clients explaining how our services will benefit them by selling our services and recognizing opportunities to up-sell accounts.
Converting leads provided to you into appointments.
Building report to prospective clients.

Knowledge and Technical Skills:
• Excellent communication skills: telephone, oral and written
• Great customer service and communication skills to give a presentation to potential new customers
• Strong skill sets in building professional relationships with customers
• Disciplined work ethic with an outstanding attitude in order to lead others
• Learning the business aspect of running a marketing and sales duties of Accounting Firm
• Assisting our clients in the retention and acquisition of our customers
• Knowledge of accessing and using the Internet, MS Office and additional software.
• Sales Force Software experience a plus
Educations and/or Experience:
• Post-secondary education
• Experience managing client relationships
• Call Center industry experience is a plus
• Customer Services experience is a plus
• Bookkeeping and tax preparation, knowledge is a plus
• Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) A plus.
